Extraction - Data is extracted or recovered from the cloned set and transferred to secure and stable media.
Verification - Data is tested to verify functionality.
Backup - The backup process prepares the recovered data to travel to the client either physically or electronically.

All RAID data recovery orders are processed as quickly as humanly possible. The time required to recover data from any failed device or storage set is limited by the speed of the equipment and the amount of data stored on the device or set. Mechanical failure of a device can impact lead-time due to reduced performance and the time required to retry damaged sectors. Devices or storage sets that have significant corruption or that have been altered during client recovery attempts can impact lead-time as well.
Secure Data Technology uses the latest equipment available and finely tuned procedures to minimize the lead-time involved in recovering data for our clients. Lead-time for standard service orders ranges between 4-10 business days. Expedited orders average between 2-5 business days.
